Drivecomp runs a commercially registered, GPS-fitted fleet under India's self-drive rental framework. These rules keep every trip legal, insured and safe — for you, for the next customer, and for everyone on the road.
Original DL, valid for the vehicle class, carried during the trip.
Driver must be at least 21 years old. Premium vehicles may require 23+.
New licences under 12 months are not accepted.
Aadhaar, PAN or passport verified before every first booking.
Zero tolerance. Trip terminated, deposit forfeited, reported to police.
Only verified drivers on the booking may drive.
Any misuse voids insurance and the agreement.
All vehicles carry GPS for safety, recovery and legal compliance.
Charged per the rate card you accept at checkout.
An FIR is mandatory for insurance claims to proceed.

| Travel beyond 25 km | Allowed with prior intimation (extra charges apply). Without intimation: ₹1,000 + GST fine, plus 2× that day's rent |

| Cancellation | Free until 48h before start; 50% of rent between 48h and 24h; no rent refund under 24h |
