Cab enquiries are handled by Asgard Enterprises, operating as Drivecomp.

Information you provide

We collect your name, mobile number, trip locations and times, car preference, passenger count, optional notes and consent to contact you. Do not put identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in the notes.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, check trip availability and discuss the fare. Submitting an enquiry does not create an account or reserve a vehicle. Your consent covers contact about this request, not marketing.

How your enquiry is sent

Submitting the cab form saves your enquiry in our private owner inbox, including trip and contact details, consent, a reference and a hashed network identifier used for abuse prevention. Access is restricted to authorised owners. The success screen offers a WhatsApp message containing your trip details and reference; you choose whether to send it. WhatsApp handles sent messages under its own privacy terms.

Your request

To correct your details, withdraw contact consent or request deletion, contact hello@drivecomp.com or +91 97724 74417, identifying your trip and contact number. We will explain any information that must be kept for a legal obligation or an unresolved dispute.
